DATA MAGIK LTD are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.
The Policy explains in general terms how we strive to comply with data privacy laws, including without limitation the UK General Data Protection and the Data Protection Act 2018, EU General Data Protection Regulation, and any subsequent amendments to this regulation or local law equivalent that is later adopted, and any applicable local law (“Law(s)”) and the privacy and confidentiality requirements of ICH Good Clinical Practice.

1. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU

Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site www.datamagik.co.uk. This includes information provided at the time of enquiry.
If you contact us, we will keep a record of that correspondence including any personal special categories data in accordance with Art 9 GDPR.
2. IP ADDRESSES
Data Magik do not use cookies or other tracking technologies.
3. WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our or our approved suppliers’ secure servers. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We are required by law to keep basic information about our customers (including contact, identity, financial, transaction data and special categories) for at least 6 years after they cease being customers for legal and tax-reporting purposes. At the end of the retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted.
7. YOUR RIGHT TO ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The Data Protection Act 2018 gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Please address any such request to dpo@datamagik.co.uk
